I see a bouquet design i like, can you make matching items?
Yes, we can make any items to match including hair accessories, cake flowers, table decor, garlands and more.
I have seen a design i like but it is not in my colours?
Our designs can be altered to fit your scheme, please use the boxes at checkout to type in the colours you would like. Certain flowers are only available in specific colours, the flowers that can be changed have a box to type your choice at checkout.
Please note, all children must be supervised with our products. We do not take any responsibility for injury.
How soon shall i order?
We always advise to order as soon as possible due to how busy we can get. You can choose to pay in full at checkout, or 20% deposit at checkout, then the remaining balance 6 weeks before your wedding date. Please select your wedding date at checkout. You will recieve yout flowers 4-6 weeks before your wedding date. If your wedding date is less than 6 weeks, please contact us before ordering to check availability.
How do i pay?
We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal. Pay in full or 20% deposit at checkout.

How is my order posted?
All of our boxes are recycled/previously used. Your order is neatly packed with tissue paper or cellophane.
How long does delivery take?
We work in date order, you will receive your flowers 4-6 weeks before your selected wedding date. After dispatching your order should arrive in 1-2 working days. We will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
I have an idea of the design i would like but I cannot see anything similar, can you help?
Yes we can, there are so many colours, flowers and styles it would be impossible to offer everything we can do on our website. Please contact us with ideas and photos and we would be happy to design it for you.
Can I have my order earlier?
Yes, please choose an earlier date at checkout and you will receive them 4-6 weeks before the chosen date.
Can I add to an existing order?
Yes you can, please contact us and we will send you an invoice for any additions.
I have an existing order and need to change the delivery address?
You must contact us if you wish to change the delivery address.
Why do some of your items not have pictures?
We have several years of experience but our website is new and are still building our photographic portfolio.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?
Sometimes due to stock change and availability that is out of our control we will use flowers as close to the ones advertised as possible resulting in slight differences. we assure you the quality will be kept as high standard
Can I have my bouquet stems wrapped in ribbon all the way down, no stems exposed?
Yes, please let us know if you would like the stems covered all the way down the bouquet handle. The stems are wire covered in plastic, so many brides choose to have the stems covered completely. Please note we will not take any responsibility for any damages caused by the wire on the stems.
Can I take my flowers with me to my destination wedding?
Yes, many of our previous orders have been for desination weddings. Artifical flowers travel very well. You can take them in your hand luggage, or in your case wrapped in clothing or bubble wrap to protect them.
My colour scheme is not generic, can you do a design in my colours?
Please contact us with photos of your colour scheme, we can source a large range of colours and will be happy to advise which flowers will work best.
Do you do colour matching? I would like my flowers the exact same colour as my bridesmaid dresses.
If you are interested in our designs, then you are looking for highly realistic looking arrangements. A fresh flower florist would not be able to find an exact colour match for many colours, as flowers do not grow naturally in certain colours. We are happy to advise which colour/shade is best suited for your colour scheme, but we advise not to fixate on exact colour matches, as shades close to or around always look more natural.
Will I see photos of my flowers before you post them out to me?
Absolutely! We want to make sure you love your flowers. We email out photos of your completed order for your approval before we post. Please note the email must be replied to within 2 working days otherwise the order will be automatically marked as approved. Requests for any changes after the photos have been sent may incur a charge.
Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns. Each of our items are lovingly handmade to order and bespoke to each customer. Photos and descriptions are on each listing. We also email photos of the completed order for your approval before we post.
What are your opening hours and can we visit your shop?
We are an online store only. However, if you would like to discuss your requirements please contact us anytime. We are available Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm.
