20 percent of the order total is a non refundable deposit.For customers 

For customers who have paid in full at checkout, if you decide to cancel your order 6-12 weeks before the wedding date you will receive 70 percent of the amount paid back, minus the 20 percent deposit.

If you decide to cancel your order less than 6 weeks before the wedding date you will receive 50 percent of the amount paid back, minus the 20 percent deposit

No cancellations are approved after photos have been emailed to you. Changes can be made but additional charges apply

No cancellations are approved after we have shipped the flowers out to you
