Digital copies of this information are stored on a password protected phone used by Special Day Bouquets. All passwords protecting private information differ and only the Director of Special Day Bouquets is informed as to the passwords. Typically, Special Day Bouquets will hold personal information of the customer for two years in order to fulfil repeat orders, track prior transactions and keep record of sales. After this time, Special Day Bouquets will permanently destroy any personal information stored. In the case of paper copies, this information is shredded and separated and recycled at different times.
