You can choose to pay in full for your order at checkout. Or if your order total is over £150, you can choose to pay a 20 percent deposit at the checkout, then pay the remaining balance six weeks before your wedding date.

To choose the option to pay 20 percent deposit please use the coupon code DEPOSIT20 at checkout.

If you choose the deposit option you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance 6 weeks before your wedding date. The invoice must be paid in full within 10 days otherwise the order will be cancelled.

We work in date order. You will receive your flowers 4-6 weeks before your wedding date. If you would like to receive your flowers earlier please select a earlier wedding date at the checkout. At checkout you will be asked to select your wedding date. If your wedding date is earlier then 6 weeks after ordering please contact us to confirm if we have availability for you.

Each design in our shop can be altered to your preference. This includes colours and embellishments.

Please state the colours you would like in the required boxes when selecting the product.

When your order is completed, you will receive photographs of your order via email. Please reply to this email to let us know you are happy with your flowers. Once we have received your approval we will ship the order out. If no contact is made within 48 hours of our approval email, we will make the order as automatically approved and will post the order out.

Please note that all orders are posted in recycled boxes/previously used.

Please email us to request any changes or add any items to your order after checkout. If you have already paid in full we will send you a separate invoice per any additions. Additions can be made up to 6 weeks before the wedding date.

20 percent deposit is non refundable.

If you decide to cancel your order 12-6 weeks before the wedding date you will receive 70 percent of the amount paid back

If you decide to cancel your order less than 6 weeks before the wedding date you will receive 50 percent of the amount paid back

No cancellations are approved after photos have been emailed to you. Changes can be made but additional charges may apply

Refunds are not accepted. Each order is handmade and bespoke to each person.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof. 

Some items have small parts or sharp edges. We take no responsibility for injury or damage caused by our products. All children must be supervised with our products. Bouquet stems are wire covered in plastic. There is a risk of sharp edges. If you would prefer your bouquet stems covered completely in ribbon please let us know, there is no additional charge for this.
